Out of anyone in the world (living or deceased), who would you most like to have dinner with?

I would love to have dinner with Kenneth Clark. He was an African American psychologist who helped over turn the Plessy v. Ferguson case which created "separate but equal." I would love to have dinner with him because as a psychology student his study was important to the growth of social psychology as well creating social change in the United States.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

I don't know who taught me this but the idea that our actions speak louder than words really has impacted me. I know many times I have heard people in my life say that you can talk a great talk but you have to walk a great walk. It is something I have always tried to instill in my own life. Actions > words.

I think it would be grand to have Maya Angelou over for dinner, she has such an amazing soul. Her life wasn't easy, and yet she could still find a reason to smile about life and make a difference in the lives of others.

Out of anyone in the world (living or deceased), who would you most like to have dinner with?

My grandfather Francois Kabunda (mother's side). The last time we saw each other I was four years old. From the time we first met when I was four or six months until today (even though he is gone) I still feel his love, humility and compassion not only toward me but anyone he knew or met. He was a great man and I wish I could sit with him just to say thank you for being my grandfather and tell him how much I love him.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Numbers and statistics should not tell who you are but how you raise yourself from a fall.
