Youth Ministry

Spring Training

Spring training is designed for youth ministry teams. Bring everyone in your church who works with youth — pastors, youth leaders, Sunday school teachers, confirmation mentors and parents.

Speaker will be Jake Mulder, co-author of "Growing Young" and director of strategic initiatives at Fuller Youth Institute. Jake will lead four sessions to help us understand how we can strengthen our ministries with young people. Bible study will be lead by the Rev. Molly Just at the Wichita event and the Rev. Anne Gatobu at the Lincoln event. Nashville based recording artist Caleb Lovely will lead worship at both events.

Spring Training will be offered in Wichita, Kansas, at Aldersgate UMC Renew Campus on March 31- April 1 and in Lincoln, Nebraska, at Horizons Community Church on April 28-29. Registration is only $79 for a team of up to four people. Registration includes lunch on Saturday, snacks throughout the event, and a bundle of youth ministry resources for your church. Free childcare is provided.
