Great Plains Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab is a gamified Christian Leadership experiment for high school students in the Great Plains Conference. High school students engage in a web of relationships, resourcing, and experiences that culminate in eligibility for a triennial trip to the Holy Land with other students, their mentors, and the key conference leaders.

Summit Youth Academy

The Summit Youth Academy provides space for youth to hear and explore God's call in their lives. Through Wesleyan teaching, practicing spiritual disciplines, band meetings, and the Birkman Method assessment, participants identify their gifts and strengths and learn how they can best use those for good in our world. The Summit takes place July 9-15, 2023, at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.

Timothy Circle

The Timothy Circle works to resource and network together all parts of the Church body to better form young disciples who hear God's voice. We have resources to help each person connected to a young Christian support that young person's call discernment and faith development -- that includes parents, youth workers, clergy, camp directors, campus ministers, lay volunteers, and church committee members.

We also have a FREE call discernment resource for teens and young adults that can be adapted into a semester-long call discernment curriculum.
