Augusta UMC is seeking a self-motivated, energetic director of children and youth ministries. This opening is immediate. The position oversees an active children’s ministry on Wednesdays and Sunday mornings as well as special events throughout the year for families with kids. Youth ministries include Sunday school, youth groups for middle school and senior high, summer events and at least one mission trip a year. Persons interested in this position must be able to work flexible hours and have a passion for helping children and youth grow in faith and experience the love and grace of God.
