The First United Methodist Church at Dodge City, KS is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, faith-filled director of youth ministry for an active youth ministry involving Middle School and High School youth. Our mission is to assist youth in experiencing the love of Christ and expressing that love in their daily lives. We are seeking a person who demonstrates Christ-like character, ministry competence, good chemistry with the staff, youth, and congregation, and with the desire to create an outstanding youth program. This is a full-time position, competitively salaried, depending on experience and education, and includes a good benefit package.
