Great Plains Annual Conference is accepting applications for a part-time benefits assistant. We seek a candidate that will bring passion, energy and drive to provide support to the conference benefits officer (CBO). This position requires working in a team environment managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skill with the ability to produce high-quality communications and represent the CBO in a professional manner are essential. Successful applicant will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to be flexible in meeting position demands/changing priorities.

Key responsibilities:​ assist with benefit enrollments, billing, posting daily deposits, reconcile monthly statements, handle billing questions, assist with communications and printed materials for education programs, maintain records, assist with year-end closing and attend meetings.

Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certificate preferred. Years of experience in an office environment may substitute for educational requirements. Must be tech savvy and advanced in MS Office Suite.
