Stilwell UMC is in need of a proactive and motivated person to manage the daily office operations of the church and serve as the initial point of contact for many of the church’s missions and ministries. The ideal candidate is not only familiar with the mission, goals, and purpose of The United Methodist Church but also has the experience and desire to serve God in Christian community. The office manager needs to be technologically savvy with the capacity to use, or quickly learn to use, a variety of computer software programs that are involved with church communications, church finance, and church administration (such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google Suite, etc.). This person will communicate regularly with the entire church and members of the greater Stilwell community. The office manager is accountable to the lead pastor as well as the Staff/Parish Relations Committee.
