Clergy Discipleship

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

“Only a disciple can make a disciple.” – A.W. Tozer

We all know the Great Commission about making disciples and baptizing them; somehow, it is much easier to do the baptizing part than the disciple-making part. However, the promise of Christ’s presence with us is the distinguishing feature for us to become the disciples first that are then able to make disciples. Growing in our own discipleship is an important part of our work as pastors, deacons, and ministry leaders. We’re collecting some resources that could help you grow in your own relationship with Christ and experience his presence as ministry leaders.
