First United and Clair Memorial United Methodist Churches are offering the 9th Annual Community Poverty Forum Saturday, October 8th, 2022 from 9:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. via Zoom. As a faith community committed to the betterment of our community, we invite you to share this information with your congregants and make plans to join us: The Forum will provide an opportunity to hear from three community leaders as they share their expertise relative to these issues. Additionally, small group discussions will allow you to share your insights and develop an action plan as to how you and your church can become involved in working toward improved affordable housing and public transportation in our community, a necessary step to improving the way families live. Attached is a flier providing detailed information about the Forum and how to register. Please register at and join us October 8th. There is no fee to attend. Upon registering you will receive the ink to access the Forum. Please forward this information to other persons, churches or organizations that may be interested. Hope to see you October 8th.
