The Justice in Action Rally is where the new Lincoln/Lancaster County DART organization will share the results of their research on mental health and criminal justice reform. They will present the solutions they will be seeking at the organization's first Nehemiah Action and will prepare to turn out large numbers of people at the Nehemiah Action.
