Starting in Fall 2022 the Great Plains Conference is using Passage UMC (www.passageumc.org), Passage for short, for all online credentialing processes. Checklists and forms for all forms of District Committee on Ordained Ministry and Board of Ordained Ministry credentialing are below. The credentialing candidate is responsible for completing/providing all items on their credentialing checklist unless the checklist indicates otherwise. This includes completion of forms/documents that may require input from or completion by other persons (such as a District Superintendent Report).
