Kate Jones, 59; former Great Plains Conference clergy. Born August 15, 1963; died January 25, 2023.
She was a part-time local pastor from 2013-2016 at Baldwin City Ives Chapel UMC, and an associate pastor from August to October 2016 at Prairie Village Asbury UMC.
She married Daniel Jones on November 12, 2016. He survives, as do her children, Michael (Hannah) Cordes, Samuel (Kella) Cordes, Lily Cordes, Glenna (Brock) Bult and Nathaniel Jones; two grandchildren, her mother and four siblings.
