This United Methodist computer policy was created to ensure the appropriate use of computer resources, monitor the productivity of users, assist in preventing harm to the interests of churches and their employees/volunteers and to prevent the violation of various state and federal laws.
Volunteer Liability Release Form Sample
The following sample form is another loss-prevention tool. This is an agreement whereby volunteers release the church from liability due to volunteer accidents. This does not release the church from liability for negligence or willful injury to a volunteer. Your church is free to use, or not use, this form.

If your local church is experiencing a media crisis, please contact your District Superintendent to activate the conference crisis team. For reference, a fill-in-the-blank crisis plan is offered for church use to establish their own crisis plans.
