Sign up for Vital Signs by contacting your district administrative assistant. Be prepared with the name of your church and the e-mail address of the person who will report weekly on behalf of your congregation.
Each church now has a unique username and password as well, so you can access the site even without receiving the weekly reminder link. Your district administrative assistant also can look up this information for you.
