Bishop Ruben Saenz Jr. provides a reflection from the second full day of the immersion retreat with the cabinets of the Great Plains and Central Texas conferences. The group visited the border wall in extreme south Texas; La Posada Providencia, a respite shelter for people who have entered the country that specializes in longterm housing; and the first Spanish-speaking Methodist Church in the United States, which is on American soil but is actually south of the border wall.
