Becky Posey Williams, senior director for sexual ethics and advocacy for the General Commission on the Status and Role of Women for The United Methodist Church, conducts the second of two days of training Dec. 3, 2016, for the Bishop's Response Team. Day two focuses on the duties of a response team and what takes place during meetings with SPR committees, staff members and the congregation in the aftermath of a complaint.
