Our third episode of "Harvesting the Great Plains" features Lay Servant Ministries and how the people of Kansas and Nebraska can prepare themselves for ministry, regardless of where they live.
Titled “Harvesting the Great Plains," this show draws inspiration from Mathew 9:37, which states “The size of the harvest is bigger than you can imagine, but there are few workers.”
Each show will feature an interview with someone who is helping with the harvest so we can make more disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The goal is to tell stories of people and churches working in their respective mission fields and to provide information and resources vital to the mission of the Great Plains Conference.
This month’s webcast includes:
- An interview with Mary Feit, conference director of Lay Servant Ministries.
- An interview with David Brant, conference coordinator of lay leadership development.
- A video story by Eugenio Hernandez, conference media producer, about ConnectioN Point, a ministry making disciples in the heart of a diverse neighborhood in Lincoln.
