In this episode from March 2018, we talk with Scott Brewer, Great Plains Conference treasurer and director of administrative services, about stewardship and how mission shares are used to make a larger impact on the world around us. Scott also takes us on a brief tour of the new conference office in Topeka, prior to the furniture being moved into place.
Titled “Harvesting the Great Plains," this show draws inspiration from Mathew 9:37, which states “The size of the harvest is bigger than you can imagine, but there are few workers.”
Each show features interviews with someone who is helping with the harvest so we can make more disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Some episodes feature stories about people, churches or organizations making a difference.
The goal is to tell stories of people and churches working in their respective mission fields and to provide information and resources vital to the mission of the Great Plains Conference.
