Youth from across Kansas and Nebraska gathered in February and early March in Grand Island and Lincoln in Nebraska and McPherson in Kansas for confirmation rallies.
Students took part in lively worship, learned about the Conference Council on Youth Ministries (CCYM), took part in packing school kits for UMCOR and had a chance to stump the bishop with a question-and-answer session.
The day started with Bishop Ruben Saenz Jr. encouraging the youth to remember their baptism and concluded with a message about restarting a Methodist movement, accompanied by the celebration of communion.
