To enter your congregation's numerical goals:

Go to www.umvitalcongregations.org. NOTE: If you are using a PC to access the website, you may need to use Internet Explorer. Some settings in Mozilla Firefox do not allow the pages to display accurately.

Select "Setting Goals" from the light gray menu bar under the words "Vital Congregations." (Setting Goals is located under the second "g" in Congregations.)

There is a box on the right called "Setting Vital Congregation Goals." In this box, there is a link "Congregations: Click here to set your goals."

To enter your goals, you must find your church's historical data and goal entry form. You can search by your location (City and State), by Conference and District or by GCFA number (available from your District or Conference office).

Search by City and State:

Enter your city in the provided field and select your state from the drop-down menu. Click the Search button.

Search by Conference:

Go to the box labeled "Select by Conference" and using the drop-down menu provided, select your annual conference.

Then, using the second drop-down menu in the same box, select your District.

Use the drop-down menu that appears to select your congregation.

Search by GCFA number:

If you know your church's GCFA number, type it into the field provided and click the Search button.

Your church's historical data and entry form will appear below the search fields. Scroll down to view and enter your data. Historical data is automatically filled in for you. NOTE: 2010 data may not yet be verified for your congregation and may not be shown on the website.

Enter your congregation's numerical goals for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Type in your name and e-mail address. If you know your Interpreter log-in, you may enter it.

Click the Submit button to submit your goals to the website.

You may also click on the "Printable Report" link to view and print a copy of the information you've submitted.


IMPORTANT: Send a copy of your congregation's S.M.A.R.T. goals to your District Office.
