We are currently accepting applications and nominations for Youth Ministry REGIONAL COORDINATORS in the Northwest and Southwest Regions! Regional Coordinators will serve as resourcers and connectors for Kids Ministry Leaders throughout the conference. To apply, click here. If you know someone who is perfect for this role, NOMINATE them!
We are piloting this program with Youth Ministry in the Northwest and Southwest regions first, and as we learn and adapt, we'll add the remaining regional coordinators on a rolling basis. We chose those two regions strategically, recognizing the need for resourcing a connecting in more rural areas. Regional coordinators in these two regions will be able to test-run training modules, resourcing, and quarterly equipping events for youth workers in the western half of the conference.
District Youth Coordinators will remain a crucial part of our team! Regional and District Coordinators will work together to develop the strategy for connection and resourcing in their respective regions and districts.
Both district and regional roles will work together with conference staff to ensure that each local Kids and Youth Ministry Leader is equipped, empowered, and unleashed to do great ministry in the Great Plains.
